Everything you need to create, access or manage your Bellerose account.
Creating an account
Click on “My account” at the top right of bellerose.com, then select “Sign up”.
Enter your details, choose a secure password and confirm your registration.
You’ll then be able to log in using your email address and password.
Forgot your password?
Click on “My account”, then select “Forgot your password?”.
Enter your email address and we’ll send you a secure reset link.
Ordered as a guest?
If you placed your order without creating an account, no customer account is linked to your email address.
In this case, the password reset option will not work.
You can still access our return platform without an account via:
Service → Return my order
If you’d like to create an account using the same email address, simply contact our customer care team.
We’ll send you a secure activation link.
Updating your information
Once logged in, you can:
- add or edit an address in the “Addresses” section,
- review your information before placing an order.
Please note that shipping details can no longer be changed once an order has been confirmed.
Changing your email address
To use a different email address, you may:
- create a new account,
- or contact our customer care team.
Please note that merging two accounts is not possible.
Did you order as a guest?
If you placed your order without creating a customer account, no account is currently linked to your email address.
In this case, password reset attempts will not work.
Good news: you can still access our return platform without an account via:
Service → Return my order
If you’d like to create a Bellerose account using the same email address, simply contact our Customer Care team.
We’ll send you a secure activation link so you can:
- track your orders,
- view your purchase history,
- and enjoy a smoother shopping experience in the future.
Deleting your account
To request the deletion of your Bellerose account, please contact our customer care team.
If you placed an order within the past two years, certain information may be retained until the end of the legal guarantee period, in accordance with GDPR requirements.
Your data will then be permanently deleted.
