Shipping & delivery
All orders are shipped from our external warehouse.
In-store pickup is not available.
You may however reserve an item to purchase it directly in one of our boutiques via the stock availability feature on bellerose.com.
Orders placed before 10:30 (CET) are prepared the same business day.
Orders placed after 10:30 (CET) are prepared the next business day.
An order is considered shipped once it has been handed over to the carrier.
This is when delivery times begin and tracking becomes active.
Shipping fees, delivery methods and available carriers are confirmed at checkout depending on your destination.
No shipments are made on weekends or Belgian public holidays.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times
Delivery times begin once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Belgium, France, Netherlands: ± 1–4 business days
- Main EU countries: ± 3–6 business days
- Extended EU: up to 10–15 business days

During launches, Archive Sales or high-demand periods, delivery may take an additional 5–10 business days.
Shipments are handed over to carriers on the following days:
- BPOST (Belgium): Monday to Friday
- Colissimo (France): Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- PostNL (Netherlands): Monday to Friday
- Mondial Relay (BE / FR / NL): Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Hermes (Germany): Monday to Friday
- Sending (Spain): Monday to Friday
- GLS (other EU countries): Monday to Friday
- Evri (United Kingdom): Tuesday
- Swiss Post (Switzerland): Wednesday
No shipments are made on weekends or Belgian public holidays.

We currently ship to mainland destinations only in the following countries:
Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Italy, United Kingdom and Switzerland.
We do not ship to islands, overseas territories or hard-to-reach areas.
Orders placed outside covered zones cannot be returned, and quality-related claims cannot be handled.
Shipping fees, delivery methods and applicable thresholds are always confirmed at checkout.

This fee reflects the cost of secure cross-border transport.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom: approximately 5 working days after dispatch
- Switzerland: approximately 9 working days after dispatch
During peak periods, delivery may take slightly longer.
Tracking
Your tracking link is sent within 3 working days after order confirmation and becomes active shortly after dispatch.
If your tracking remains inactive for more than 72 hours, or if your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact our Customer Care team.
Returns & refunds
Our online return platform is not available for the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
A return form is included inside your parcel.
Returns may take up to 20 working days to reach us.
Once received, processing may take up to 14 working days.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
In accordance with European consumer law:
- initial standard shipping costs are refunded in case of full return,
- return shipping costs (€30) remain at the customer’s expense.
If you would like an early refund, please share your proof of return deposit with our Customer Care team.
Customs
All shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).
No additional customs charges will apply upon delivery.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tracking your order
Tracking information is sent once your parcel leaves the country of dispatch.
Until then, your order may remain marked as “in preparation”. This is normal.
You can track your order:
- through your customer account on bellerose.com,
- or directly on the carrier’s website.
If:
- no tracking update appears after 72 hours,
- tracking remains unchanged for more than 5 business days,
- or your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received,
please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
