Shipping and Fees Guide at Bellerose
All orders are shipped from our external warehouse. In-store pickup is not possible, but you can reserve an item to purchase it directly in a store (STOCK IN OUR STORES) . Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CET) are processed the same day. Those placed afterwards are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Fees by Country
Shipping fees cover the dispatch and handling of your order to your address, but do not guarantee manual delivery. Distribution depends on the carrier and its internal procedures.

Returns and Return Fees
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to change your mind.
If shipping fees were charged for delivery, they also cover the return.
If delivery was free, the return is free as well.
No additional cost will be charged.

Additional Information
Possible delays during launches or promotions: Delivery times may extend by 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation.
Non-European shipments: We do not deliver to countries outside Europe.
No delivery to certain areas: Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, French overseas territories, Sardinia, Sicily, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, some Greek islands and other similar zones are not covered by our delivery service.
Returns and quality issues for non-European shipments: We do not handle returns or quality issues for shipments outside Europe.
Returns, Exchanges & Tracking
Return: You have 30 days to change your mind. If you paid shipping fees initially, they also cover the return — no extra charge.
Exchange: Not offered. For another size, colour, or model, place a new order.
Return fees: Identical to original shipping fees.
Out of stock: If an item becomes unavailable after your order, you will be automatically refunded.
Undelivered parcel: You will receive a notification from the carrier with instructions. ID may be required for collection.
Order Tracking
The tracking number is sent within 3 business days after confirmation.
It activates within 8 hours after shipping.
