What are the terms of return following a purchase?

You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to return a piece.

You placed your order with a Bellerose Second Hand account? Here are the steps to follow:

1. Log in to your customer account
2. Select the items) you wish to return, and specify the reason for the return
3. Download and print the return label
4. Drop off your package at parcel shop

Don't forget to keep your stamped proof of delivery!

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer following a purchase on Second-Hand.bellerose.com

We do not offer exchanges, only refunds for returns by mail. We invite you to place a new order online to acquire the desired piece in another color or size.
