An item that has been altered and/or modified outside our network is not eligible for trade-in credit.
In addition, stained, damaged and/or repaired items are not eligible for trade-in credit.
Your Items without a serial number (see composition label) will not be accepted

If an item is not accepted, you will receive an email with a picture of the reason for the refusal.
In accordance with our terms and conditions and in line with our eco-responsible approach, we do not return items that do not comply with our return conditions.
They will be given to an association specialized in textile recovery, or will be used in an upcycling approach.
