In Belgium, all orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
For the UK and Switzerland, orders are only dispatched on Wednesdays.
For other EU countries, orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Please note that parcels do not ship on weekends or the following Belgian holidays:

- National Day
- Assumption Day
- All Saints' Day
- Armistice Day
- Christmas Day
Additionally, we do not ship orders on 31/07 and 31/01 due to logistical reasons.
