Orders placed before 2 PM (CET) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Issues
- If your parcel doesn’t appear in tracking within 72 hours of receiving the shipping confirmation, submit a request—we’ll investigate with our delivery partner.
- If your tracking status hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days or your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’ but missing, contact us immediately.
Can I Change My Order?
Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified, including:
- Shipping address
- Item selection
- Sizes

Tracking activates within 8 hours after shipping. If you don’t see updates:
- Check your spam/junk folder for the shipping confirmation.
- Use the tracking link in your confirmation email.

Out of Stock Items
If an item is unavailable after you place your order, you’ll receive an automatic refund and a confirmation email.
Express Shipping
For now, we offer a reliable standard delivery and do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Return Costs
If you return an order, your original shipping fee will be converted into a return fee. This means the return cost will be the same as what you originally paid for delivery.
Missed Delivery?
If the carrier couldn’t deliver your order, you’ll receive a notification with pickup details. Some carriers may require an ID for collection.
