After receiving your order confirmation, it is no longer possible to change your address (this is an automated shipping process).
If our delivery partner is unable to deliver, your order will be returned to our warehouse and we will refund you. (returning your package to our warehouse can take up to 20 working days)
If delivery is not possible, you will receive an e-mail from Bellerose inviting you to contact the appropriate delivery partner (you will need to click on your tracking number).
