Managing Your Bellerose Account
Creating an Account
To get started, click on ‘Account’ at the top right of Bellerose.com, then select ‘Register’. Fill in your details, choose a secure password, and click ‘Submit’. You’ll need your email and password to log in next time.
Forgot Your Password?
No worries! Click ‘Account’, then ‘Forgot your password?’. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a reset link.
Having Trouble Logging In?
If you're unable to log in, you may have checked out as a guest, meaning no account was created. In this case, a password reset won’t work.
To activate an account linked to your past purchases, submit a request to our Customer Care team. We’ll send you an activation link. Once activated, you’ll be able to track orders and access your purchase history.
Updating Your Account
Log in to your Bellerose account to update your details:
- Go to ‘Address’ to modify your existing details or add a new address via ‘Add address’.
- Make sure your address is correct before placing an order—incorrect details may lead to order cancellation and refund as changes cannot be made after confirmation.
- Verify your email address to ensure you receive all order updates.
Updating Your Email Address
If you need to change your email address, you’ll need to create a new account or submit a request to our Customer Care team.
