Fees and commission
KLARNA charges a commission of 0 € per purchase.
If KLARNA has not received full payment by the due date stated on the invoice, you will be charged a reminder fee.
Bellerose will not be able to issue a refund while there is an outstanding balance between you and KLARNA.
You must pay the balance owing and notify Bellerose so that we can notify KLARNA of the amount to be refunded to you.
Debt collection charges
If KLARNA has not received full payment after the third reminder, the invoice will be sent for collection to a debt collection agency. In this case, interests of 12% per annum or the statutory interest rate for late payment in commercial transactions will be due by operation of law and without the need for a reminder. In addition, in the event of total or partial non-payment of the debt on the due date, KLARNA or the collection agency shall be entitled, ipso jure and without notice of default, to a fixed compensation of 15% of the invoice amount, with a minimum of 40 euros per invoice. This fixed compensation is in addition to the reminder costs referred to above. The interest and the compensation can be calculated from the due date of the invoice.
Bellerose is not responsible if a refund cannot be made due to the omission of a return notification to KLARNA.
