How do I know if an item is available in a store ?

To reserve an item at Bellerose, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your Bellerose account.
2. Select the item: Choose what you want to purchase and click on "Reserve in store".
3. Choose the store: Select the Bellerose store where you want to pick up your item.
4. Reserve: Confirm your reservation. You will receive an email and the item will be set aside for you for 48 hours.

If you change your mind, you can cancel your reservation by simply clicking on "Cancel my reservation" in your personal space.

Note: This service is available only in Bellerose stores.

At the end of the collection, you will no longer be able to reserve items in-store. However, you can still check the availability of items in Bellerose stores. Log in to see if an item is available near you (excluding corners and department stores).
