How can I check the availability of your items in our stores (except corners and departement stores)?
You need a Bellerose account to see if an item is available in a store close to you.
Select the item you want to purchase and click on ‘Reserve in Store’. Select the store of your choice. You can also go the extra mile and reserve this item in the shop of your choice. You will be updated via email, and the item(s) will be put aside for you for 48 hours.
If you want to cancel your reservation, click on ‘Cancel My Reservation’.
Note: this service is only available in Bellerose stores and outside of sales and promotions seasons.
