UK returns – via EVRI
Your parcel includes a free return label. If it’s missing, contact us and we’ll send a new one.
Drop your return off at any EVRI Parcel Shop.
Only one return is accepted per order.
Please use the provided courier — other services won’t be covered.
Returns from the UK may take over 30 working days to arrive.
To help us process your refund faster, contact us once your parcel is dropped off, and include:
– your tracking number
– the list of returned items
Swiss returns – via Swiss Post
A prepaid return label is included in your parcel. If it’s missing, just let us know.
Drop your parcel at any Swiss Post location.
Only one return is accepted per order — partial returns are allowed.
Swiss returns may take more than 30 working days.
No customs paperwork needed: Swiss Post and Bellerose take care of it.
If your order exceeded 300€ or included paid shipping, customs and return fees are fully covered.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll notify you by email.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
