You’ll receive the code by email only—we don’t send physical gift cards.
Bellerose Gift Cards are not valid on our second-hand platform.
Activation & Usage
After purchase, you’ll get a separate email with an activation button.
Important: Click the activation link to use your gift card. Without activation, we cannot retrieve or manually activate it.
Once activated, the balance is valid for online and in-store purchases.
The expiration date will be shown after activation. Use the balance before this date, as it becomes unavailable afterward.
How do I use my gift card?
Online: Enter the emailed code at checkout.
In-store: Show the code on your phone or a printout. We recommend the digital option for sustainability.
Where can I use my gift card?
Gift cards are valid online and in Bellerose stores, but not at department store corners.
How long is my gift card valid?
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from purchase.
Can I get a refund if I use a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable. If you return an item, the amount will be recredited to the card, not refunded in cash.
How do I gift a card to someone?
Share the email with the code or enter the recipient’s email during purchase.
How can I check my balance?
Contact customer care, and they’ll confirm the remaining balance.
What amounts are available?
Gift cards come in various amounts to suit any budget, available both online and in-store.
Can I combine gift cards?
Yes, you can use multiple gift cards for a single purchase.
Are there extra fees?
No, gift cards have no additional fees. They can cover items, shipping, and returns.
What if I lose my gift card?
Contact customer care immediately. We can cancel and replace unused balances. If it’s already used, we won’t be able to recover the amount.
