Who can request an invoice?

Individuals: Anyone wishing to obtain a detailed proof of purchase.

Businesses: Companies requiring an invoice for their accounting.
Required information:
To issue an invoice, we need the following details:

Full name (for individuals) or Company name (for businesses)

Complete billing address

VAT number or Registration number (if applicable)

Order number (starting with BEL2...)
Important: If your email address is associated with a business during your first purchase, it will remain so for all future invoice requests.
How to request an invoice?

Provide all the required information mentioned above.

Your invoice will be sent to you by email within 10 to 14 working days.
Eligibility conditions:

Only purchases made during the current fiscal year can be invoiced.

No retroactive invoices can be issued for orders placed in a previous fiscal year, in accordance with the European VAT Directive 2006/112/EC.
