Understanding your legal warranty
In the European Union, every garment is covered by a two-year legal warranty.
This covers any technical defect — such as a faulty seam, zipper or issue with workmanship or materials under normal use.
At Bellerose, we honour this legal commitment.
If a defect appears within two years of purchase and you have valid proof, we’ll offer a suitable solution: repair, replacement, or refund.
We also distinguish between a technical defect and signs of wear that occur naturally over time, especially if care instructions weren’t followed. These are not covered by warranty.
If the issue relates to improper care, heavy wear or use beyond the garment’s intention, we may not be able to help — but we’re always happy to listen.
