Returns: Important Information
- We only accept returns using the original shipping carrier. Returns sent with a different carrier may not be accepted.
- You have 30 days to return your order.
- Items must be unworn, clean, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box.
- For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry and underwear briefs cannot be returned.
- Any non-faulty item that is used, washed, soiled, or damaged will not be refunded and will be sent back.
- We do not accept returns for items purchased outside bellerose.com.
To return an item, simply fill in the return form included with your package and follow the instructions.
Can I Combine Multiple Orders in One Return Package?
No, this is not possible.
Our return process is partially automated, which means each order must be returned separately. Please do not mix items from different orders in the same parcel.
To ensure smooth processing, include the return form with each shipment.

You can track your return until it reaches our warehouse. Once received, it will be manually checked and processed within 14 business days.
