Return Policy
At Bellerose, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Here's everything you need to know to make the process as smooth as possible:
Included Return Labels
A return label and form are included in your package for customers in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands, United Kingdom.
For customers in other countries, return shipping fees and the issuance of a return label are the customer's responsibility.
Return Conditions
- Mandatory return label: You must use the provided return label. We do not accept returns in multiple shipments, and orders cannot be combined for a single return.
- Single return per order: A return must be made in one request multiple returns from the same order are not allowed.
- Item condition: Returns are only accepted if the items are in their original condition, with tags still attached, and have not been worn, washed, or damaged. If the item is returned in a less-than-perfect condition, the return will not be accepted, and the item will be sent back to you.
- Hygiene items: For hygiene reasons, ear jewelry and swimwear cannot be returned.
- Non-returnable items: Customized products will not be accepted for return.
- Clearance items will be accepted.
Steps to Return an Item
- Check your package: Make sure the return label and return form are included.
- Prepare your package: Place the item(s) back in their original packaging.
- Drop off the package: Take the package, with the return label, to a nearby drop-off point (the address is on the return label).
Return Fees
- Simple Fee Structure: Return fees are the same as your original shipping fee for orders that don’t qualify for free returns. For example, if you paid €10 for shipping, your return will also cost €10—no additional fees.
- Free Returns: For orders that qualify for free delivery, you won’t pay anything for shipping or returns.
Additional Information
- No online return platform: We currently do not have an online platform for initiating returns.
- Missing return label or form?: If your return label or form is missing, please contact us immediately.
- Klarna customers: If you paid with Klarna, please inform Klarna before returning your item to ensure proper processing of your return.
Preserving Promotion Benefits
If you return an item bought during a sale or special promotion, you'll receive a refund for what you effectively paid, while retaining the benefits from the promotion.
Refund Process
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned package, we’ll process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made back to the original payment method. If you paid with a gift card, you’ll be refunded on a new gift card.
- Proof of delivery: When returning your parcel, be sure to ask for proof of delivery. This serves as confirmation that the item was successfully returned to us.
Important Note on Pickup Service
We do not offer home pickup services for returns. You must drop off your parcel at a local parcel shop that matches the return label. You can find your nearest shop using a map service or by visiting the carrier’s website.
Important Note for Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please ensure the return form is filled out with the mention of the damaged article and contact customer care for assistance.
Return Period Extension
There will be no return period extension except for the month of December for items bought as holiday presents.
Exchanges
Please note that exchanges are not possible at Bellerose.
