Return label
For orders delivered in BE, FR, NL, DE, AT, DK, IE, IT, LU, PL, PT, ES, SE, your return label must be downloaded from our return platform.
To do so, log in using your order number (BEL2…), either via your Bellerose account or the email address used at checkout.
The label is not included in the parcel.
For orders delivered to Switzerland or the United Kingdom, the label is included inside the parcel. The return platform is not accessible in these countries.
For returns from the following countries: BG, HR, CZ, EE, FI, GR, HU, LV, LT, MT, RO, SK, SI

Return conditions

Returned items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

If an item is damaged or does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and swimwear cannot be returned.

Personalised items are not eligible for return.

Discounted items can be returned*.
How to return an item

Place the item in its original packaging.

Attach the downloaded return label.

Drop off the parcel at the correct drop-off point.
The carrier name is printed on the label. -
Make sure to drop off your parcel as soon as possible.
The label remains valid until the end of the return period, which is 30 days after receiving your order.
Return shipping costs

If shipping fees were charged on your order, they also cover the return.

For certain countries, return costs are always at your expense (see above).
Processing times

Delivery to our warehouse may take up to 10 days.

Processing may take up to 14 working days once received.

For Switzerland and the UK, allow up to 20 days.
You may contact Customer Care to request an early refund after parcel drop-off (once the parcel is traceable in our system).
Refund details

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, within 10 days maximum.
Klarna customers
If you paid with Klarna, please notify them before returning your item.
Promotion*
If you return an item purchased during a promotion, you’ll be refunded the actual amount paid, without losing the promotional benefit.
