Shipping and Fees Guide at Bellerose
At Bellerose, all orders are shipped from our external warehouse. Therefore, it is not possible to pick up your order in a Bellerose store. However, you can reserve an item online for pickup in a store (see STOCK IN OUR STORES) and purchase it directly in-store.
Shipping Fees by Country
Shipping fees cover the shipping and handling of your order to your address but do not guarantee hand delivery. Distribution depends on the carrier and their internal procedures.

Returns and Return Fees
- Returns: You have 30 days after delivery to change your mind. If shipping fees were applied to your order, they will also cover the return. No additional charges will be requested.
Additional Information
- Possible Delays During Launches or Sales: Delivery may take 5-10 business days after order confirmation.
- No Shipping Outside of Europe: We do not ship to non-European countries.
- Non-delivery to Specific Areas: We do not deliver to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, French Overseas Territories, Sardinia, Sicily, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, certain Greek Islands, etc.
- Guaranteed Delivery Within European Shipping Countries Only.
- Returns and Quality Issues for Non-European Shipments: We cannot process returns or quality issues for non-European shipments.
Track My Order
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped (within 3 business days of order confirmation), you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking Activation: There may be a one-day delay before the tracking number is activated. If it doesn’t work after this period, please contact us.
- Where to Track: You can track your parcel via our delivery partner’s app or website.
Change or Cancel Order
- Change or Cancellation: Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled (no changes to color, size, adding promo codes, or delivery address).
- Cancel After Shipping: To cancel an order, return the package once it’s received.
Exchange an Item
- Exchange: To order a different color, size, or model, place a new order and return the items that do not meet your expectations.
