How do I access the return platform?
– With an account: go to bellerose.com > Service > account .
If you ordered as a guest and prefer this method, contact Customer Care to set up your account.
– Without an account: on bellerose.com > Service > Return my order, click “Return my order” and log in with your order number (starting with BEL2…) and email.
I don’t have my order number handy: what now?
– Log in to your account: your order history appears immediately.
– Otherwise, find your number (BEL2…) in your delivery confirmation emails.
Which return reasons can I choose?
- Size too large
- Size too small
- Fit not as expected
- Changed my mind
- Material or texture differs
- Ordered multiple versions to keep one
- Color different from photos
- Defective or damaged item
- Incorrect item received
Can I bundle multiple items in one return?
We recommend returning all items from a single order in one shipment. Bundling multiple orders in the same parcel is not possible.
How do I choose between a refund and a voucher?
After selecting your return reason, choose:
– A refund to your original payment method
– A voucher valid on bellerose.com and in stores
How do I add a comment or photo?
For reasons “size too large,” “size too small,” “defective item,” or “incorrect item,” you can:
– Leave a free-form comment
– Upload a photo in SVG, PNG, JPG, or GIF format
Where do I download my return label?
At the final step on the platform, your label is available as a download.
If it doesn’t immediately appear, it will be emailed to you once created.
How can I track my return?
Tracking is available via the platform and your account.
It covers transportation until receipt at our warehouse.
Until final validation, processing can take up to 14 business days, and longer during promotions.
What if there’s no label in my package?
– UK & Switzerland: a prepaid label should be included. If missing, contact us.
– Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden: returns only via the platform.
– Other countries: use your own shipper; see our “Return policy.”
– In-store purchases delivered at home: return only in a store.
How long does return processing take?
Up to 14 business days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse.
Can I cancel my return?
Yes, as long as you haven’t dropped off your parcel:
– On the return page, click “Cancel my return.”
Note: return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
