How to return an item?

You have 30 days from delivery to register your return.

Start your return:

• via the “Return my order” link in the bellerose.com footer,

• or directly from your account, once logged in.

On the return platform, you can switch languages at any time — English, French or Dutch.

Step-by-step:

1. Enter your order number (BEL…) and the email used for your order.

2. Select the item(s) to return.

3. Choose the reason for your return.

4. Pick your preferred option:
   – Get a voucher
   – request a refund to your original payment method.

5. Review and confirm your details.

6. Download and print your return label.

7. Stick the label on your parcel and drop it off at the nearest carrier point.

8. Once your return label is printed, please make sure to drop off your parcel as soon as possible.
   The label remains valid until the end of the return period, which is 30 days after receiving your order.

Processing times

• Delivery to our warehouse may take up to 10 days.

• Once received, processing takes up to 14 working days.

Refund details

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your return is processed.
Refunds are made to the original payment method, within 10 days max.
