At Bellerose, we want every customer to enjoy a consistent and trustworthy experience. This is why some items cannot be returned, depending on their nature and how they were purchased.
In-store purchases
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items bought in-store:

swimwear,

underwear,

earrings,
-
cosmetics (creams, perfumes, balms, etc.).
These items are final sale, unless proven defective at the time of purchase.
Online purchases
For online orders, you have a right of withdrawal within 30 days of delivery. However, certain items can only be returned if their packaging remains unopened and all hygiene seals are intact. This applies to:

swimwear,
-
underwear,
-
earrings,
-
cosmetics.
If unsure, please contact our customer care team before initiating a return.
General return conditions
Returns are only accepted if:

the item is unused, unworn, unwashed,

in its original packaging,
-
with all original tags attached.
For items from our curated brand selection, returns are only accepted if:

the product is complete,
-
and includes the original box, pouch, or branded packaging, all in perfect condition.
Non-compliant returns
If the returned item does not meet these requirements, Bellerose reserves the right:

to decline the return and send the item back to you,

or to issue a partial refund, at its sole discretion.
