Our customers receive credit for their sales of items. This credit can be converted into second-hand vouchers or Omnichannel Bellerose Gift Cards (for first-hand items).
Second-Hand Vouchers
- Valid only on the site second-hand.bellerose.be.
- Not valid on the site bellerose.be or in Bellerose stores for first-hand items.
- Valid on all items on the second-hand.bellerose.be site.
- Usable only once. After use, the promotional code is deactivated, and any remaining balance is lost.
- Not combinable with each other or with other promotional offers.
- Not exchangeable or refundable.
- Not usable on an already paid order.
Omnichannel Bellerose Gift Card (first-hand items)
- Gift Cards can be sent by email to the recipient of your choice.
- Usable online and in all our Bellerose stores.
- In case of return of an item purchased with a Gift Card, the credited amount will be available in the store for an in-store return, or online for an online return.
- Valid only online and in our stores (excluding corners and department stores).
- You will receive the Gift Card code by email (check your spam folder), no physical card.
- Not refundable.
- Valid for 1 year.
- Not valid for Bellerose Second Hand.
